Thanks to Alex for coming out so quickly and taking care of my problem. I couldn’t get my door open as one of the lock bolts wouldn’t disengage. He was able to replace the broken part quickly. He also fixed an issue with my deadbolt (which he didn’t charge extra for and that was truly appreciated). I think it took all of about 30 minutes to get everything replaced and working again, including rekeying one of my locks. Thanks again for all of your help – Sunday at midnight isn’t exactly a fun time to be working!
